What is Garud?
Garud is Krypton’s weapon and ammunition management system for armouries (kotes). It turns paper registers into a live digital twin and records every issue, return and clearance with biometric sign-off.
How does Garud verify who takes a weapon?
Every transaction is signed off by face, iris or fingerprint. Issue can require a second approver and is blocked if an officer’s training or certification has lapsed.
Is Garud secure and certified?
Yes. Garud is CERT-In certified, made in India and deployed locally on-premise to keep data private, with role-based access and a full audit trail.
Who uses Garud?
Garud is in use with CISF at Raja Bhoj Airport, Bhopal and Aurangabad Airport, and is built for defence, police and security forces.
